Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 April 2025  ·  Diamond Companionship Ltd  ·  meetdiamond.co.uk

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Diamond. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Diamond.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use Diamond. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Diamond reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age cannot be verified.

Diamond operates exclusively in the United Kingdom. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under English law.

Companions (talent) must additionally confirm they are 18+ during onboarding. Diamond may require government-issued ID verification for companions before their profile is made publicly visible.

2. Nature of the Platform

Diamond is a strictly platonic companionship platform. All bookings facilitated through Diamond are for non-romantic, non-sexual social companionship — such as attending events, galleries, restaurants, walks, and other public activities.

Diamond explicitly prohibits:

  • Any sexual services, acts, or arrangements of any kind
  • Solicitation or acceptance of sexual services through the platform
  • Romantic or intimate physical contact beyond what is explicitly offered as an add-on (e.g. hand-holding in a public setting)
  • Any activity that could constitute prostitution, escorting, or sexual exploitation under UK law
  • Private or home-based meetings not agreed as a public date

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Diamond cooperates fully with law enforcement.

Diamond is a technology platform that connects clients and companions. Diamond is not a party to, nor responsible for, the personal interactions that occur during bookings.

3. User Conduct

All users of Diamond agree to:

  • Treat all other users with dignity and respect at all times
  • Conduct all dates in publicly accessible locations
  • Provide accurate information on their profile and not impersonate any person
  • Not harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any other user
  • Not use the platform to solicit or engage in any illegal activity
  • Not attempt to take bookings off-platform to avoid commission
  • Not share personal contact details (phone numbers, home addresses) until after a booking is confirmed, and only as reasonably necessary
  • Report any safety concerns or inappropriate behaviour to Diamond immediately at legal@meetdiamond.co.uk

Diamond reserves the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these conduct rules, without notice or refund.

4. Bookings & Commission

Bookings made through Diamond are requests only. No payment is processed through Diamond at this time. Companions set their own hourly rate and the displayed price is an estimate based on duration.

Platform commission: Diamond charges a 25% commission on the agreed booking value. This is deducted from the companion's earnings. By listing on Diamond, companions agree to this commission structure. Diamond will provide invoicing and payment infrastructure in a future release.

Add-ons (hand holding, photography, drive date, outfit request) are optional extras agreed between client and companion. Their pricing is determined by the companion.

All bookings require confirmation from the companion before they are active. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a booking, subject to the following:

  • More than 48 hours before the booking: Full cancellation with no penalty for either party.
  • 24–48 hours before the booking: The cancelling party should notify the other via Diamond's messaging system as soon as possible. No penalty applies at this stage while payment processing is not yet active.
  • Less than 24 hours before the booking: Considered a late cancellation. Repeat late cancellations may result in account restrictions.
  • No-shows: Failing to appear for a confirmed booking without prior notice may result in a negative review and/or account suspension.

Diamond reserves the right to update this cancellation policy when payment processing is introduced. Users will be notified of any changes via email with reasonable notice.

6. Liability Limitations

Diamond is a marketplace platform. We do not employ companions, nor are companions agents of Diamond. Diamond makes no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, identity, or suitability of any user.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Diamond shall not be liable for:

  • Any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from a booking or interaction between users
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
  • Loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of reputation
  • The conduct or actions of any user during or outside of a booking
  • Technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss on the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Diamond's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Users are strongly encouraged to meet in busy public spaces, inform a trusted person of their whereabouts, and use their own judgement when accepting or attending bookings.

7. Accounts & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Diamond will never ask for your password.

Diamond may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

  • Violate any part of these Terms
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in any prohibited conduct
  • Are found to be under 18 years of age

You may delete your account at any time by contacting legal@meetdiamond.co.uk. Deletion will remove your profile from public view. Booking records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Diamond shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Diamond may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.
